Policies

How the Maison Works.

What applies when you come to make something with us.

General Customer Policy
What applies to every visit, whatever you have come to make.
DIY Experience Policy
For Create Anytime activities, the ones with nothing to book.
Scheduled Workshop Policy
For Create Together sessions, the guided ones you book onto a date.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
The notice we ask for, and what happens if plans change.
Refund & Exchange
Where a session can be refunded, and where it cannot.
Safety & Children
How we keep the studio safe, and what supervision each activity needs.
Your Finished Projects
Collecting what you have made, and what happens if something breaks.
Photography & Media
When we photograph what you have made, and when we ask first.

Something Unclear?

Ask before you book. We would rather answer a question twice than have you find out on the day.
